Messages can be passed to our driver or by telephone to our office regarding cancellation of meals. Alternatively clients can ring the office direct before 9.30am for cancellations that day.
Orders for less than one week should be paid daily. Orders for weekly periods can be paid by cash or cheque at the end of the week period.
Whenever we are concerned about a client, and if we cannot get a reply when delivering a meal, we will always take the matter further and a contact a relative, neighbour, social services or if needs be, the Police.
